L - P : Archaeology is one of the UK's leading archaeological practices with offices in London, Chester, Bishops Stortford (East of England) and Bristol. We undertake a wide range of work that includes all forms of commercial archaeological fieldwork in the UK as well as a range of activities in the field of digital archaeology. We maintain a strong interest in research based archaeology and maintain links with several UK universities. L - P : Archaeology also has a strong Digital Archaeology team, handling a variety of digital projects. Most notably, L - P develops the Archaeological Recording Kit (ARK), an open source software solution for data creation and database management, that is completely customisable.
