We have 20+ year relationships with plantations and growers to ensure our specific crop. We always buy direct from origin, never from a warehouse. We pride ourselves in consistency, blending specific coffee beans to keep each cup of coffee the same. Our high quality beans have more flavor and higher acidity. We use scientific methods such as moisture and roast measurements to ensure consistency.
