o Coordinating and implementing logistics of domestic and international mission trips, including: Zambia, Israel, Nicaragua, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda, and Mexico. o Processing of visas, passports, entry requirements, trip preparation, flights, ground transportation, charter air and ferries, accommodations, meals, vaccinations, immunizations, insurance, tax implications, and all aspects of optional activities including safaris, and other tourism. o Management of annual funding disbursements including $500,000 budget. o Planning of large events, intimate activities, meetings, dinners and other gatherings o Maintaining positive working relationships with Advisory Teams, Task Forces, specialty groups, and others. o Relationship-building with CPC congregation and inter-departmental staff, volunteer direction and supervision, and member recruitment and training. o Activities of marketing, website updates, and management of registration systems o Connecting with non-profit Mission Partners, such as Urban Ventures, Urban HomeWorks, VEAP, and Trafficking Justice, to name a few. o Providing direction and support for a 60-member Deacon team and other lay leaders. o Support for Missions pastors, calendaring, reservations and administrative functions.
