VCNetwork is the largest and most active venture capital organization in California. Ira Ehrenpreis of DBL Partners and Phil Sanderson of Ridge Ventures founded VCNetwork to promote networking among General Partners of Bay Area venture capital firms. Since 1997, VCNetwork's founders have hosted numerous events sponsored by the top service providers in the VC industry, including golf tournaments, ski trips, winery tours, sailing excursions, San Francisco Giants games, concerts, educational events, and charitable projects.
