The industry that we refer to is Clinical Trial and Experimental Drug logistics, and it is what we know and what we do. Our mission at agentibus is to “Remember Customer Service and Deliver Unparalleled Performance.” In our estimation, genuine customer service is a thing of the past. Companies have abandoned traditional standards to increase profit. While we don’t disagree with a company’s necessity to be profitable, we do have a different way of approaching the goal.
