Pralineur Van Coillie Germain Van Coillie, Alexandre Ameye, Magalie Van Coillie Pralineur Van Coillie is an artisan chocolate company founded in 1976. Their reputation of the best is known in Belgium and far abroad. Pralineur Van Coillie is a symbol for quality and pure, well balanced chocolateflavors. With a team of an 18 perfectionists we produce 120 000 kilo a year of our delicious chocolates, whereof 50% is for export. Our most important trumps: Inventing own new creations Our passionated, flexible staff Love for the raw materials and the métier. We only work with the noblest chocolate of Barry Callebaut, without other fats than pure cocoa butter. Our cocoabeans come from Ghana and Ivorycoast. Due to the best ground, temperature and humidity these are the best beans, raised with a lot of care. These countrys stand for 65% of the worldyield. Both countrys, Ghana and Ivorycoast, where visited by Germain and Alexandre. After that we decided to be a part of the sustainable-program of Barry Callebaut; “Quality Cocoa for a Better Life”. For us, chocolate is a gift from God which we have to respect and handle with respect and care for the product, people and nature. Also our other raw materials are picked out with the greatest care, only the best is good enough; The best Luxembourgs butter Californian almonds Hazelnuts-and paste of Piemonte (Italy) Breton buttercoockies, Pailleté Feuillentine Alchoholconcentrates directly from the producer Besides that we work with fresh fruits and as many natural products as possible. Artificial flavorings are ‘not done’. Production and packaging areas meet every foodsafety and quality-rules. We have the necessary certification for that; Self inspection system and Comeos-food.
