Business and Commercial: The Spire commercial team is led by Spire co-founder and Managing Director, Michael Permack. Michael has been in real estate his entire professional career and has worked with industry leading clients ranging from local to multi-national, Fortune 500 organizations. No matter what business you are in, determining what is important when selecting and securing a location is a function of the short, medium and long-term goals of the business.
