I have worked in Interior Design and Project Management for more than 15 years in both the UK and Europe. I spent many years working for Commercial Interior specialists, specifying and procuring interior FF&E (furniture, fittings and equipment), and project managing major fit out and installations for blue chip companies and small and medium sized businesses. I established Younique Designs initially to work within the residential sector. I work with home owners, landlords, and property developers providing a range of interior design services from colour choices, soft furnishings, to full renovations. To support my formal Interior Design training and qualifications I have undertaken further study and practical workshops with Ann Maurice, TV’s House Doctor and the House Doctor Network. The art of preparing a property for sale is very specialised and fast paced. A property sells easily when it is staged and marketed in the right way to attract the right buyers. I still love working with companies and especially smaller businesses, developing unique and profitable working environments, where my personal attention to the businesses aims and objectives are outworked with design solutions. Younique Workspace provides well ordered storage solutions, personalised seating, reception and break out areas, altogether a holistic approach making the workspace a positive and productive environment to be in.
