A boutique law firm that provides investment companies, businesses, cooperatives, and nonprofits with legal strategies and compliance measures of raising capital investors. We aim to be the premier business and corporate securities law firm for underfunded entrepreneurs looking to raise capital from their community and other investors. Through our #BlackCapitalMatters Legal Fund, we help democratize and legalize business capital raising for Black, Afro-Latinx, and other underrepresented entrepreneurs through the provision of accessible securities legal services. Through our #BlackWomenLawyersMatter Law Clerkship Program, we are also disrupting the business and corporate securities legal space through the training and hiring of women of color within the field of securities law. Our work creates sustainable avenues for Black, Brown, and other marginalized entrepreneurs to effectively raise business capital, all with the purpose of equitably facilitating capital formation and expanding investment opportunities. We also ensure that our clients receive representative and culturally sensitive legal support throughout their entire capital raising journey.
