The SWCCF is an industry–led member’s forum collaborating with and supporting the customer contact hubs and centres in the South West of England. The SWCCF represents the region’s 250 employers who collectively employ circa 52,000 people representing Customer Contact Centres, Shared Service Centres and Customer Hubs throughout one of the largest regions in the UK which includes Bristol, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Swindon, Southampton, Bournemouth, Plymouth, Exeter and Bath.
