Spotlight Dance & Performing Arts Center (SDPAC) offers group and private instruction for students ages 3-adult. Class offerings include pre-dance, ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, modern, lyrical, acrobatics, musical theater, improvisation & choreography, conditioning, pilates, and voice. SDPAC also has 4 performing companies for dancers as young as 5 who love the spotlight as much as we do! Spotlight Dance & Performing Arts Center instructors are a remarkable group of smart, dedicated and passionate teachers who strive to bring out the very best in themselves and their students. They boast an impressive set of credentials, both in and out of the studio. And though their personalities and teaching styles are as diverse as their outside areas of expertise, they share several important attributes: Comprehensive training in several dance styles. A thorough knowledge of the body and best teaching practices. The skill and enthusiasm to effectively communicate their knowledge so that students may reap maximum results from their time in the studio. And the ability to make critical, informed choices within a dance class to address the individual needs of students. Every instructor at SDPAC is University trained in Dance, Theatre or Performing Arts and holds a BA , BFA or MFA.
