Hagar Catering & Facilities Management Ltd. (HCFM) is a social enterprise with a partnership between Hagar Social Enterprise Group (HSEG) and private investors from international catering businesses. HCFM provides employment opportunities for men and women from Hagar NGO’s shelters and social programs. Our mission is to provide high-quality, professional food catering services to companies and organizations operating in Phnom Penh at affordable prices. HCFM is Cambodia’s largest and most professional food services and facilities management company. We currently produce over 3,500 meals daily for the employees of over 13 different companies, hotels and factories. Our annual turnover is in excess of $1 million and we currently employ over 140 highly trained staff. We currently provide catering services to a number of major international companies and organizations, including Raffles Le Royal, Intercontinental Hotel, and the US Embassy. No other food services company in Cambodia can match our experience, quality, and level or professionalism. HCFM has a Board of Directors with an Operation Manager overseeing the daily operations. Assisting the OM is Catering Supervisors and an Executive Chef to ensure the company is efficiently managed, with a major emphasis on implementing the best practices in hygiene, menu planning, cooking and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. HCFM is constantly investing in training for its staff to ensure we offer the best possible services to our customers. Our staff is paid in full compliance with the Cambodia Employment and Labor Law. We also provide free meals, transportation, and other employee benefits throughout the working period. As the number of graduates from Hagar NGO’s catering program increases, there is a constant need for HCFM to pursue business growth and to provide additional employment opportunities.
