The Servant Leadership Company (SLC) is a nonprofit organization incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and located in Forest, Virginia. The Company was founded in 2009 and specializes in the application of Servant Leadership Principles ot the management of national honor societies and other educational endeavors, such as e-learning. The Servant Leadership Company was approved by the State Corporation Commission of the Commonwealth of Virginia as a nonstock corporation on 5 February 2009. The Servant Leadership Company is awaiting a ruling from the Internal Revenue Service on its application for Recognition of Exemption under Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3) as a nonprofit, educational organization.
