The Le Relax Hotels chain, in Seychelles is a member of the Kurjibhai Ramji Group, a consortium of independent yet associated companies in Mauritius, Seychelles Rodrigues and India. In 2003 it came into existence with the takeover of Le Relax Guest House Anse Royale as Le Relax Hotel & Restaurant within a short span of two years, in 2005 Le Relax Hotel & Restaurant got a sister concern, with the takeover of Le Lagon Baron Hotel as Le Relax Beach Resort Grand Anse on Praslin Island of Seychelles.
