At iE&D Solutions, we help higher education institutions, associations and (non-) governmental organisations realise their ambitions in the field of internationalisation, while enhancing their competitive position in the international education market. Our expertise covers everything from human resource development and organisation to policy and strategy, with a special focus on branding, communication, customer relationship management, marketing, project management and recruitment. iE&D Solutions was founded in January 2006 by René Lenssen International Consulting and Thijs van Vugt from Thoisy Consultancy, both of whom had held senior positions at universities and in private consultancy. Together they offered specialised theoretical and practical knowledge based on creativity, 50 years of combined experience in international higher education and well-developed global networks. Areas of speciality included strategic planning, international relations management, giving advice to foreign students and on studying abroad, international marketing and international student recruitment. In 2021 Thijs van Vugt continued iE&D Solutions without René Lenssen and 3V Communicatie from Sandra van Vugt-Veul joined the company. 3V Communicatie offers online marketing and communication consultancy. Together they offer 50 years of combined experience in the above-mentioned expertise and areas of speciality. Headquartered in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands, we operate globally. Our clients hail from locations ranging from Sydney to Seattle, Shanghai to Stockholm and Copenhagen to Eindhoven. We work both remotely as on site.
