Established in 1992, in Massapequa, New York, Broadway Gourmet Bagel Cafe & Caterers is far from your ordinary bagel cafe. Our Baking Methods are steeped in time honored tradition. We roll our bagels by hand for a precise and meticulous shape, then we boil them to make them golden brown. Although our passion is bagels we take the same pride in all of our products from our delectable homemade salads, made to order wraps, our overstuffed sandwiches, and our vast gourmet catering options prepared by our in house chef.
