The City of Leander Fire Department is a values driven organization that is in place to protect lives and property. We take our ability to promote the general welfare of the community very seriously and are proud to serve the the city of Leander. LFD incorporates both volunteers and paid staff to fulfill our vision of creating a safe, educated and efficient customer driven organization to service a changing community. Leander is a quickly growing city and through our high quality training and our ability to adapt in a changing community we are successfully meeting unique challenges.
