The Tinkers Creek watershed drains 96.4 square miles and is the largest tributary to the Cuyahoga River. The watershed area spans 24 communities in Cuyahoga, Summit, Portage and Geauga counties. TWCP is governed by 15 dedicated volunteer Board Members who bring a variety of expertise in the fields of stormwater management, environmental education, engineering, natural resources conservation, planning, and economic development. The day to day functions of the organization are carried out by the Tinkers Creek Watershed Coordinator through support of the TCWP Board of Directors. We are also dedicated to providing services to our Community Members. Community Memberships are available for communities within the Tinkers Creek watershed which allow us to continue to provide them with watershed protection and planning services. The group assists communities with NPDES compliance, and education about with stormwater and flooding and other watershed issues. The success of TCWP depends on the relationships and partnerships that we have made throughout the region. We continue to build lasting relationships that help support our goals and support our local communities.
