Interproperty Systems specialises solely in Development Appraisal Software for the Property Industry. The company was formed in the early 1980's initially with our principal product, the ‘Prodev Development Appraisal Program’, first introduced in 1984. Over the past 30 years around 80,000 copies of Prodev have been distributed to over 10,000 users. Prodev has been used by developers, surveyors, agents, owners, academics and many others as the standard by which to judge development viability. Our clients range from major development companies and real estate agents, through to other property sector organisations of all size and specialisations. PDS is the latest in the series of Property Development Appraisal applications from Interproperty Systems Ltd. Many users in the Property Development Sector will be familiar with the various versions of Prodev produced over the years. PDS expands this capability in a significantly enhanced yet intuitive way. For those unfamiliar with our products, both PDS and it’s predecessor Prodev, provide a preset form to enter information (rents, yields, building costs etc) for a development project to then calculate the profitability of the scheme. Results are presented as a development appraisal summary with an accompanying cash-flow.
