Winnipeg Phoenix FC was formed in 2003 as the Phoenix Soccer Inc. to provide soccer programs to residents of all ages in the North East district of Winnipeg (11 Community Clubs) and Oakbank. Phoenix is a not-for-profit, non-share Capital Corporation registered in the Province of Manitoba and has an appointed Volunteer Executive Board of Directors. Board members are appointed by a not-for-profit foundation registered as “Friends of Soccer in Manitoba”.
