EDUCATION: Helping our children through early learning opportunities to be ready for school, helping our youth to be successful in school and safe through after school initiatives and mentoring in order to ensure their graduation from high school and success in higher education and gainful employment. HEALTH: Promoting the physical health and healthy living of our neighbors through access to health care services and preventative health education as well as treatment interventions to reduce child abuse, mental illness, substance addictions and domestic violence. INCOME: Providing for the basic needs of food, shelter and clothing for our families and our most vulnerable neighbors as well as affording pathways for them to sustainable employment and decent, affordable housing.
