OUR MISSION IIG transforms girls' futures through a comprehensive financial education equipping them for a powerful future. 3-YEAR PROGRAM MODEL IIG is a three-year extracurricular financial education program encompassing three components: 1. FINANCIAL WORKSHOPS IIG hosts financial literacy workshops at our partner schools that focus on personal finance, investing, and preparing for careers and adulthood. 2. ROLE MODEL EXPOSURE Through our network of women in the financial services industry, girls are given opportunities to meet and interact with potential mentors and learn how they carved out their career paths. 3. INDUSTRY EXPOSURE TRIPS All of our girls are offered the opportunity to take an Industry Trip. Girls learn about a variety of career paths, meet and connect with successful women industry leaders, and meet girls from other participating schools. The goal is to expose girls to career paths in the finance and financial services worlds.
