Total Insurance Agencies (TIA) was started by Rex Chapman in 2006. After more than 30 years in the transport industry as a local and long haul owner/driver and also as a small fleet operator Rex branched into the transport insurance world. Rex has successfully provided personal and professional service to transport owner drivers, family owned small businesses to large fleets including excavation, earthmoving and equipment operators. In 2017 TIA became Authorised Representatives of Resilum Pty Ltd and Resilium Insurance Broking Pty Ltd, enabling us to become an extensive insurance agency offering business and personal insurance services. TIA remain a member of the RoadTeam network which has been in partnership with NTI Australia for more than 20 years. TIA have two office locations: Brisbane and Roma, Queensland.
