The Purple Aisle is a civic leadership incubator where Millennials from both sides of the aisle come together to advance new political theories and disrupt hyperpartisanship in government. Emerging leaders receive executive level training and participate in 36-hour innovation labs to develop and pitch real-time solutions to our nation’s most pressing issues. We also offer a suite of civic tools and services for elected officials and NGOs to develop bipartisan solutions and improve the quality of representation in government.
