Coming from a family of wine makers and joint owner of the famous Château Lynch-Bages, Sylvie Cazes is the owner of Le Chapon Fin, Bordeaux Saveurs and Château Chauvin. BORDEAUX SAVEURS Sylvie has created the incoming agency Bordeaux Saveurs in 2005 because she wanted to share her passion for great Bordeaux wines and the French "art de vivre". Bordeaux Saveurs organises Luxury wine tours & events in the French vineyards. Our responsive, passionate and creative team will be delighted to provide you with a program suited to your requirements! CHATEAU CHAUVIN Chateau Chauvin is a Grand Cru Classe of Saint-Emilion. This 15 hectares estate is located in the north west area of Saint-Emilion, close to Pomerol appellation. LE CHAPON FIN Founded in 1825, Le Chapon Fin became famous thanks to its unusual grotto style interior, created by Alfred Duprat, and thanks to its exquisite food. In 1933 it was one of the first 33 restaurants crowned by Michelin. Today, our Chef Nicolas Nguyen Van Hai, innovates each season and you will find the best vintages on our Menu.
