In recent feedback from one of the law firms we work with we saw the following results: 100% of participants said that their level of Calmness improved 100% of participants said that their physical health had improved 80% of participants said that their overall wellbeing had improved 70% of participants felt that they had more clarity in their working day We are offering an introduction to the techniques that we teach for companies for Mental Health Awareness Week in May Our typical package is a weekly desk yoga session for a business, this session is one of our signature 23onMe classes (23 minutes). We also have some clients that add an additional desk yoga class to the week or even a mat yoga class once a week for the employees that want something a bit more involved. Ella created this concept to support companies to put wellbeing at the heart of their ethos. Business Yoga was the result of a brainwave while working in an office as she realised that her productivity dropped as the day went on. Ella has since teamed up with Emily Rider & they have made it their mission to support companies to put wellbeing at the heart of their ethos. In offices we inhibit natural movement of the spine, making this a primary problem area & also reducing the blood and oxygen pumped to the brain thus affecting our mood, concentration and stress levels. A yoga teacher, life coach and professional dancer, and as someone who has suffered with back pain and scoliosis, Ella really knows how important a supple spine is to a healthy body and so developed these exciting new health and wellness concepts of ‘at desk’ workouts.
