KMRE is a service of Kulshan Community Media. Our mission is to cultivate and strengthen community in Bellingham and Whatcom County and provide access, training and radio broadcast opportunities to people throughout our region. KCM produces local, diverse audio programs to inform, educate and entertain our community.
