Mission Through social enterprises, Youth Strategies engages “at risk” students living in poverty, to attain self-confidence by attending and graduating high school, gain job skills, and become productive citizens. Company Overview Youth Strategies is a faith based 501c3 organization founded in 2005. Youth Strategies works in collaborations with businesses, non-profits, schools, churches, and governmental agencies to address at-risk barriers to personal growth. We utilize mentors, training workshops, and character based content to address the needs and issues these young people face. Our 7 Core Values are: Integrity, Discipline, Compassion, Humility, Confidence, Initiative, and Faith. Awards Youth Strategies has been recognized by the Arkansas Department of Work Force Services, The US Department of Labor, and the Arkansas Department of Education's Alternative Education Department for its innovative approach to at-risk youth development.
