Villa Check In is a family-owned and operated business that was founded in 2019 in response to the growing need for rental property owners and property management companies to comply with Spanish regulations regarding the registration of their properties and guests. Prior to 1974, ID registration was only required for hotels, but the Guardia Civil subsequently extended this requirement to all holiday rental properties on the Canary Islands and the Peninsular.
