Administrative Services Provider (ASP): As your ASP, we provide a full scope of Human Resource services to your business but as a third party, meaning that all insurance policies, benefit plans and tax filings are wholly owned by you. We do the work but the plans and taxes are filed in your company’s name. Professional Employer Organization (PEO): In the PEO service model, we create a “co-employment? relationship so that we share certain employment responsibilities. The advantage of the PEO relationship is that you can take advantage of our economies of scale.
