In 2015 The Lovely Distribution Company Ltd was formed by its 2 main shareholders, Charles Rodney Mathers & Andre Frenkel, specifically to become a vehicle to acquire fragrance and skincare licenses and use its established global reputation to bring branded fragrance, cosmetics, skincare and haircare to the International market. Formed with a clear investment strategy in mind, namely to be an alternative to the main players in the Beauty market and offering brands an option to license out their products to a company that, although not lacking in resources, is small enough to develop a specific strategy for each of its licensors, that would reflect the unique nature of each brand from concept design to fragrance development, through to production and global distribution. Our mission is to work with brands that we believe in and develop lasting partnerships to help build the brands through our relationships, to both existing and potential customers, whilst appling our local knowledge to ensure the right local and international brand strategies are followed, ensuring visibility and profit growth for our partners. The Lovely Distribution Company Ltd, are currently global licensees for niche fragrance house Ignacio Figueras Collection and lifestyle fragrance brands Sarah Jessica Parker Beauty (SJP), Lionel Richie Fragrance, Nicole Scherzinger Perfumes and Cerruti Image. They also hold the European & Russian distribution licences for Kylie Minogue Perfumes, Dolly Parton Scent from Above Fragrance & Cher Perfumes.
