Since then, it's success lead to it being acquired by a large multi-national leader in minerals and metals processing. We strive to continuously come up with innovative ideas and models to best serve our customers, hence we are currently busy privatizing SPS again, but retaining a formal relationship with the multi-national company in the form of an agency agreement.
