Beehive/b.SAFE is an organisational development company specialising in the kind of transformational behaviour changes that create vibrant, safer and more productive organisations. We develop leaders, managers, teams and coaches, priding ourselves on our practical approach which includes using tools such as experiential learning, interactive learning, action learning, outdoor activities, drama and re-enactment, and project work to make the development relevant and to embed change more deeply. A particular area of interest and expertise is in the field of trust and building trust in an organisational setting. Research undertaken by Sara Lodge with Bangor University led Beehive to develop their own trust-based safety culture model, the D2iT, and their Trustworthy Leadership Model comprising six principles of trustworthiness.
