Eastern Oregon Film Festival is a 501c3 organization in La Grande, OR. A grassroots community project est. 2009, from the outset EOFF has sought to highlight contemporary voices and artist-driven independent cinema. Like many small arts organizations, EOFF continues to evolve—fueled by an undying belief in the power of community. . It has been called "The very best tiny film festival in America" by Filmmaker Magazine, and was named one of the "25 Coolest Film Festivals in the World" in 2017 by MovieMaker Magazine. .
