A 3D modeling step can be implemented to eliminate conflicts with existing structures. Our engineers will walk you through the plan using software suites like SAP2000, AutoCad, PDMS, PDS, and SmartPlant 3D. Our 3D models can work with supply chain management databases to ensure effective material sourcing (our suppliers follow the principles of Sigma Six and JIT). To further assist your material management efforts and operational efficiency, I&M uses automated BOM generation to avoid errors in material take off. Furthermore, I&M’s innovative and industry leading RFID material tracking system eliminates re-procurement and reduces time spent locating material by up to 80%. Our supports are completely modular and no welding is required. Everything is fastened together using bolts and a structural steel chassis. Our staff will receive the material in strategically packed kits and perform a swift and secure installation, giving you the safest and fastest construction experience in the industry.
