The OnBoard Partnership (“TOP”) was founded by Gordon Montgomery in April 2009 and the three categories of service that the firm offers – Corporate Finance, Financial Management and Performance Improvement – embody the experience and contact base that Gordon has built up in his 35 years in business. Our aims, principles, skill base and style – displayed on our home page – succinctly set out why we are here, what we can bring to your team and our character traits. The name, “The OnBoard Partnership”, aims to concisely indicate that we bring Board level experience; that we aim to be an integral part of your decision-making team; and that we believe that we can help to keep Boards switched “On” to the creation and realisation of value for all their shareholders. We are passionate about helping to develop good, successful businesses and to have fun doing it. Our acronym of ‘TOP’ sets out our determination to be the best at what we do.
