I am on a mission to gather 1,000,000 people around the world to join the Million Metre Tribe. A group of people who are on a mission to maximise their potential through a long-term fitness goal which will increase their health, self-discipline and desire to achieve more. In addition and due to my personal heart condition, I hope this challenge raises awareness for Sudden Death Syndrome in which at least 12 young people (that is aged 35 and under) die suddenly every week.
