We are a national charity and membership organisation, offering strategic and practical support to everyone working in early childhood education through our campaigns, publications, professional development and consultancy, briefings for members and the activities of our local branches across the UK. We have over 3,500 practitioners in membership, and have been supporting the Early Years sector in the UK since 1923. Early Education believes every child deserves the best possible start in life and support to fulfil their potential. A child’s experience in the early years has a major impact on their future life chances.
