Founded in 2018, by Belén Hein and Felix Hermsen, out of a desire to make people’s day to day lives better by harnessing the power of video analysis technology, combining AI, computer vision and psychophysiology. It gives Neurolytics the opportunity to analyze human behavior scalable and objectively and get people into jobs they love. Solving a key puzzle in hiring, ‘who’s right for my team and company culture?’ Felix and Belén partnered with Holland Startup and Dr. Marnix Naber to develop the R&D phase of their video analysis solution. They received support from the EU Horizon 2020 program and the Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research (NWO) and established a research collaboration with Utrecht University. In 2019 Neurolytics launched its first version of the cultural fit scan, with early adoption from clients such as PwC and the Dutch Ministry of Defense.
