BROCAP is a real estate investment manager specialized in the redevelopment of so-called brownfield sites. BROCAP has its main office in Gent (BE). The company holds an investment portfolio of 35 hectare of brownfields, all to be redeveloped in close partnership with well-known project developers. The investments are spread all over Belgium (from the area of Bruges to the area of Liège). The company manages several investment funds, mainly privately owned capital.
