We are a non-profit, volunteer organization comprised of aerospace professionals from all different sectors of the aviation industry. Our goal is to lead by example, stay true to our core values, inspire, motivate and mentor future generations of latino and non-latino aerospace professionals. Through LPA member participation and community outreach, we are a nationwide network of mentors looking to give back to the Latino community, but not limited to any one particular demographic. We are an ALL-Inclusive organization for all Aerospace and Aviation career fields including Pilots, Flight Attendants, Military, Industry Professionals, Mechanics, Air Traffic Controllers, Astronauts, and many more.
