ADHEL
www.adhel.frOur Belief: Cyber security is everyone’s business, including executives and boards of directors… everyone has a role to play in cybersecurity, even if they are not an expert on the subject. Wrongly perceived as a cost, all organisations, all companies, including SMEs/ISEs, must understand the merits of implementing and managing the security of their information systems on a daily basis. This depends on their survival and their ability to create a relationship of trust with their ecosystem (suppliers, customers, authorities). The time is therefore no longer to ask the question of the “why” but of the “how”. Beyond the method, the organisation and the technology, it is indeed a profound change of corporate culture that must be put in place. The scope of the work to be carried out and the economic stakes are such that cyber security is a business project that must be sponsored by all members of the management committee and the board of directors. Exemple of completed missions : Strategic consulting - Define a Target Operating Model to strengthen collaboration between the cyber and business teams - Build a resilient cyber organization - Make sense of cybersecurity: put in perspective the corporate strategy and cybersecurity (e.g. CSR & Cyber). Organisational consulting ------------------------ - Anticipate and prepare for cyber crisis management - Revisit roles and responsibilities within cyber teams - Pragmatically define the operational modalities of collaboration between the Business and Cyber Training & Coaching ---------------------- - Raise awareness and involve managers and operational staff on cyber issues - Coach/support program managers in the implementation of cyber projects - Ensure that cyber risk is properly taken into account in business projects
