Musical Futures provides training, resources and an international community of practice to help teachers provide accessible music-making in their schools. Our approach to teaching and learning is based on the real-world practices of popular and community musicians, making it relevant and engaging for kids. Musical Futures works with teachers to keep music alive in our schools and to nurture the creative talent of tomorrow. As a non-profit organisation, we rely on the generous support of individuals, schools, companies and from trusts and foundations. We run campaigns throughout the year specifically to support music for students in deprived areas and to sustain the running of our organisation. Our team has expertise ranging from strategic development; pedagogy, training and programme design, scaling innovation, sustaining online networks, evaluation, social media and communications and we regularly support other organisations through consultancy.
