Wilco specialises in reactive and preventative maintenance, commercial solar PV systems, standalone power systems, LED lighting upgrades, fit outs, refurbishments and construction. We also have capabilities in security, fire detection, clean energy solutions, high voltage installations and additional labour resources. In November 2016, Wilco set an ambitious target of creating 20 electrical apprenticeships by 2020 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men and women. Fostering and consistently nurturing a healthy company culture respectful of spirit and mind is critical to this goals success. As of Dec 2019, Wilco Electrical has achieved 50% of that target.
