BeTheSpark is a cultural change campaign, designed to motivate, inspire and celebrate innovation-driven entrepreneurship across the whole of Wales. It is a campaign based on a proven blueprint designed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has a core objective to position innovation driven entrepreneurship as a national imperative to create and nurture more innovative, home grown profitable companies. Wales is a small country, with a busy entrepreneurial ecosystem - so it’s important to ensure the landscape is visible, connected and simple for all of us to navigate. BeTheSpark aims to address this and gives everyone the opportunity to join the movement, commit to taking personal action and to affect change in their community. The success of this campaign relies on all of us embracing the opportunity that lies before us. It’s not the sole responsibility of one stakeholder or one stakeholder group. We must all work together to generate momentum behind the movement.
