We help find and transition professionals from corporate and other sectors through understanding their aspirations and connecting them to opportunities that align with their passion areas with a thoughtful, long term orientation. IMPACT Over the past four years, we have placed over 80 professionals in senior leadership and/ or Board roles in a variety of organizations, including 20 in CEO positions. We serve over 250 developmental organizations across geographies - some of India’s largest and best known non-profits - and are helping several hundred professionals with their transition journeys.
