Our studio is located near downtown Green Bay at 1212 Marine Street, and offers an eclectic mix of inspiring classes with certified hands-on instructors! We offer a various styles of yoga (alignment, power vinyasa, yin yoga), dance classes for Adults, and our ever popular Ballet-inspired, body transforming Barre classes. In addition, we offer informative wellness workshops and speciality classes with guest instructors throughout the year. A Jenstar class is more than a workout. It is dedicated time for you to connect in a meaningful way to your body, breath, and clear your mind. We give you the space and time to de-stress in our classes so that you can go back out into the world and have the power to respond vs. react to all that life entails. We have a wonderful, supportive (and fun) community of people that attend the studio. Currently (during the pandemic) we offer BOTH in-person classes and live virtual classes for our clients!
