The operations are managed by Rajay Ambekar (CEO and CIO) and Derek McDonald (COO and CFO) who have combined financial services experience of over 40 years and relevant investment experience of over 34 years. The management team is supported by six investment professionals with over 80 years financial services experience and 70 years investment experience. Our goal is excellence in investing. To us, this means achieving attractive returns with due consideration to risk. While cognisant that “risk” is the permanent loss of capital, we are equally aware of the fact that in a rising market, risk means underperformance against the benchmark as well as the volatility of returns.
