Alternating between coaching (individual and group), training (management, leadership, communication, personal efficiency) and consulting (best practices), we create custom-made programmes that enhance our clients' effectiveness. In partnership with our clients, we define objectives and success indicators, then create and implement a plan to achieve them. Our work consists of individually coaching key personnel, team coaching and behavioural training on topics such as: •Driving change •Developing management and leadership skills •Developing relational and emotional intelligence •Self-management Our field of expertise We work in financial environments that require a high level of competence (such as trading floors, investment banks' IT departments, back and middle offices, asset and wealth management, etc.) on issues that include: •The arrival or departure of key personnel •A change in client strategy, "sourcing" or managerial organisation •A change in the company's culture •A stronger "coopetition"* model and empowering management •Internal coaching, mentoring and "change agent" •Cross-selling •Team coaching and training * Coopetition (1996) is the contraction of the words cooperation and competition
