Zenius is a company based at Louisville Kentucky helping clinics / hospitals of all sizes and specialties providing the healthcare professionals in the shortest amount of time across United States. Here is how. No multi-tasking: We do one thing at a time. We understand the need of an employer clearly, thoroughly and work on it to find the right match. We search and shortlist the matching candidates in the area using our data base, connections etc. We conduct the preliminary interview with the candidates and after screening forward the matching resumes to the employer. Per the employer need/ convenience we either schedule the candidate’s interview or we conduct a 3 way audio/ video call/ coordinate the further process, so we are there and are involved all the time. We are also working on creating a pool of professionals from different disciplines so we can conduct the interviews on behalf of the clinic to provide them final candidates. After the clinic has interviewed the candidates, we help both by coordinating with them to ease the recruitment process.
